The Mission

Your family experiences the man you practice being.

Fatherhood does not come with an offseason.

The way we manage pressure, lead our homes, speak to our wives, respond to failure, and show up for our children becomes part of the environment in which they grow.

Fathers of Impact Summit is a full day for men who are willing to examine that responsibility, learn from other fathers, and take meaningful action.

This is not about becoming a perfect father.

It is about refusing to become a passive one.

“Your children do not need a perfect father. They need one who refuses to stop growing.”

Built From Real Brotherhood

From a Saturday gathering to a growing movement.

Strong Dad Society began with fathers gathering to train, talk honestly, and hold one another to a higher standard.

Week after week, men from different backgrounds show up to work, reflect, connect, and become more intentional leaders at home.

Fathers of Impact Summit is the next step in that mission: bringing a larger community of fathers together for an experience designed to create action far beyond a single day.

Hosted by Dave Aisenstat and Strong Dad Society.

Meet the Founder

Built by a father who believes men need more than good intentions.

Dave Aisenstat

Dave Aisenstat with his family — the why behind the mission.

Dave Aisenstat did not create Strong Dad Society because he believed he had fatherhood figured out.

He created it because he understood how easy it is for good fathers to become consumed by work, responsibility, stress, and the constant demands of everyday life.

As a husband, father, business owner, and longtime coach, Dave saw men working hard in every area of their lives while rarely having a place to intentionally work on the role that mattered most. So he built one.

Strong Dad Society began as a Saturday gathering where fathers could train together, speak honestly, challenge one another, and leave with something practical to carry back into their homes. What started as a local gathering has grown into a brotherhood built around presence, leadership, responsibility, discipline, and action.

The Fathers of Impact Summit is the next step in that mission.

I did not build Strong Dad Society because I am a perfect father. I built it because I know how much fathers need a place to grow, be challenged, and remember what matters most.
— Dave Aisenstat

“The goal is not to leave fathers temporarily motivated. The goal is to send them home ready to lead differently.”

Jason Khalipa
